Fuerteventura is not the
plethora of Attractions that many Holiday destinations
offer, however what Fuerteventura does offer is mostly
new and of good quality. I would say that the two main
Attractions that are worth a visit are the Baku
Water Park that ¡s located in Corralejo and the
Oasis
Park Zoo in La Lajitas just out side Costa Calma, in the south of
the Island of Fuerteventura.
Others
include Day Trips to Lanzarote and around the Island of
Fuerteventura day tours. Remembering most come to the Island for the
spectacular natural beauty, including the Corralejo Sand Dunes
the deserted beaches (out of resorts) and of course the
wonderful climate.
Also on offer are many surfing
schools including wind and kite surfing. There is also the buggy
and Quad bike tours in the rugged terrain. Of course there is
the American Star
wreck
that is situated on the west coast as you will see by
clicking
here (dated October 2007) There is not a lot left!
You also have the wonderful
opportunity to "take a dive" either with SCUBA gear that you can
hire or go on a diving course and get those qualifications that
are possible or just with a snorkel and mask. See the thumbnail
bottom right for the abundance of fishes that are around the
shores of Fuerteventura.

Baku Euro Park
The Euro Park is a wonderful
addition to Corralejo as a holiday destination in the
Sun! It consists of a
Water Park
including Water Slides, Flumes, Wave Machine, Rapids, Climbing
areas and generally having fun in the water in a safe area.
Please remember this is not a sales pitch it is another area
that the webmaster has taken the time to visit (I'm a big kid
really!!) to show visitors to Corralejo that will be staying in
the Apartments in Oasis Royal
what they can do whilst visiting Corralejo.
The area also contains a 18
hole mini Golf area, a Haunted House, open air Market, The
Animal Experience area which has The Santa Ana Pirate Galleon –
where you can experience being shipwrecked! (Yet to visit so no
photographs yet I am afraid!
There is Ten Pin Bowling,
Children's play area's and at night the clowns come out to
entertain all. There are Restaurants and snack bars including a
few shops.
The Baku Euro Park that
contains the Baku Water Park
really is a fun day for all.

Fuerteventura Zoo
Fuerteventura Zoo is commonly
know as OASIS PARK La Lajitas. It is situated in the south of
the Island around a 1 and a half hour drive from Corralejo. More
